Marc was great for our home inspection. He was thorough and straightforward about the home and talked through what we could repair ourselves versus major issues that required a contractor. This is the second time we’ve used him and I highly recommend both him and PCHI.
I recently had a home inspection by People’s Choice Home Inspection. Our inspector Marc Lischner was very thorough and explained all details of the inspection. I would highly recommend.
Ive had three inspections from Marc, guy doesn't cut corners. The report is superior to other companies. He’s a straight shooter. Will give you all the positive and negatives no matter the ratio. He does his job. I like people that do their job and you can see theyre a pro. Guys a professional inspector and has inspected homes all over Charleston. He’s moved things around, which I cant say he can always do, but he understands due diligence and makes a good effort to build his schedule. Guy deserves his days off, put it that way.
