“5 stars!! At Draisin, I have always been welcomed with a smile. Their receptionist is top-notch and should be recognized for her outstanding professionalism and always friendly demeanor. The staff is always very thorough in explaining the procedures, to include any students who are involved. I applaud their dedication to supporting the students and the autonomy provided to them for basic diagnostics. (Happy to be a Guinea pig for the eye docs of our future!) The doctors are friendly and informative. If you’re confused - ask for clarification and they are happy to ensure you understand your diagnosis and next steps. They want your questions so they know you are well-informed and feel ok about all that is discussed and what is required for treatment. I also have appreciated the opticians they have had in their employment. Most recently the young gentleman who helped me when I brought my glasses in to be fixed made me feel like he dropped everything to attend to my concern. And I wasn’t even in a hurry, since I had a backup option. In summary - Draisin is highly dedicated to a great client/patient experience and it shows in every aspect of the organization. Hands down, my best experience with a medical clinic. Whatever they are doing to make this happen - I wish they would bottle and sell it to others.“

“Took forever to get the appointment after referral from LensCrafters and a couple follow up calls bc I didn’t hear back from them. The appointment was at 9, so I had to leave home at 740 just to make it here to sit.The tech was sweet and apologized then provided an excuse for the delay. But as a customer we should have been advised of the delay/wait or offered to reschedule instead of waiting so long. (That’s would have been better customer service) The tech dilated my eyes at 935.Had 9 am appt and all paperwork done prior to arriving. I still waited over 1hr after being dialated at 935 in the back to just to be seen by doctor at 10:30. WAITING. And waiting.. why book 9 appt if doctor is not showing up til after 10. My Time is money and my time is precious. If ur not considerate of ur customers time then I can’t recommend this place at all even if everyone was nice. (Which they were) I’ve never waited so long to see any doctor.4 stars bc they knew what they were doing but still waited a LONG TIME.“
“i had a fantastic experience at my eye exam and get new glasses appointment. The optometrist was wonderful and the equipment is state of the art. I did not require eye being dilated as a fantastic machine takes a picture! I saw my floaters and my optic nerve. I was advised of a small cataract that we will watch. I required a new prescription. I had utilized the try glasses at home and had made my selection prior to my appointment. The staff had so much great information and recommendations, I truly appreciated their input. Big shout outs to Matthew (I know I got the right size with your input), Kendall (so energetic definite fashion consult here), and Hannah Bard (weighed though my insurance and billing seamlessly). I highly recommend this 'team' at Warby Parker King Street Charleston SC. Make an appointment and enjoy this great way to care for your eye health and get a gorgeous pair of new glasses. “First visit today as an adult with my own membership. I interacted with two employees and both were surprisingly unfriendly considering Costco is known as being a good company to work for (I expect grumpy employees at Walmart, not here?). Otherwise, it's a Costco and it had pretty much all the qualities I love and dislike about Costco warehouses! Unsolicited, my son pointed out the "stinky smell" (which only smells nostalgic to me) and the "long lines". Already planning my next visit.“

“Dr Rudman took his time with me and explained my results in laymans terms for me to understand. Mason was extremely helpful, professional, personable and so kind. I was looking at a pair of frames and asked her opinion. She showed me a different pair she felt would match better in size for my face and even my hair color! I'm so glad she did! They turned out to be so much better! I accidentally stepped on my glasses. Thinking I had completely destroyed them and would have to purchase a new set of frames, Mason proved her ability in repairing them just as if they were new!! I will never go anywhere else! Unless Dr. Rudman and Mason go somewhere else!“
