I had the privilege of teaching a masterclass for Savannah's students this weekend and was SO impressed! They all had beautiful setups, good intonation, and were very responsive to suggestions for improvement. What fun! She is doing a great job, and her students are lucky to have her!

I am so proud to be on the Board of the Music Academy. I have watched it grow from one instructor to several, teaching variety of instruments. There are so many talented teachers who are excited about sharing their love of music with children of all ages!

Over the past several years I've watched Miss Cash grow MAotTR from a tiny start up, teaching a handful of students in her old apartment's living room, to an charitable organisation helping dozens of children (not just in Charleston) find their passion for music and art in general. I began learning the violin and piano over twenty years ago and if I never did I would have had a very different life to the one I love. Seeing this charity help so many children find music always makes me happy.
