The key to my Grandmother clock's cabinet was lost, which meant I couldn't get in to wind it. The first company I called blew me off and never called. The second company set a kid who thought he could get it open with a hammer! Sent him packing!

Because Jentzen is so busy, it took a while, but he showed when he said he would and left me with a new key!

Jentzen is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I will never call anyone else!

I had to get a couple of copies of our mailbox key and Jantzen Lock & Safe had the precise blank to make it. I was surprised the total for two keys was north of $14. Nevertheless, I respect small businesses, their niches and what they mean to the community. Attentive and personal service.

Our home dates from 1783. The front door lock which is original to the house failed to work properly. Paul Jantzen worked his magic on it, and now the door functions perfectly. Thank you for your professionalism. You have truly helped to preserve our home.Philip Middleton
