They canceled my appointment without contacting me. When I came to see dr Hunter they told me that my time was canceled and suggested I was laying about booking a time. Rude and unprofessional.

My husband was very ill. Was seen at urgent care and the X-ray read stated he should have a ct scan. Called the office multiple times Wednesday and Thursday. Was told to come in next Thursday. The girl who was speaking to him, hung up on him twice when she was done speaking. He was never rude or unkind on the phone. The first time we thought it was accidentally disconnected, but we didn’t get a call back. He ended up in the ER on Friday with pneumonia. I’ve never encountered such rude staff. If you’re suffering from depression and anxiety and desperate to see a doctor do not choose this facility. They do not take mental illness seriously. After waiting weeks for an appointment I waited for over an hour to see the doctor only to be told that they forgot about my appt. Even though it was them that had signed me initially. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting to be seen, I left. My anxiety got so severe from waiting over an hour that I had to just leave. I couldn’t take it anymore.
