My dissatisfaction with the services I have received from your firm, specifically regarding the handling of my account and the recent communication concerning charges.
, I raised a question about the fees that were charged to my account. My intention was to gain a clearer understanding of the services provided and to ensure that I was being billed accurately for the work done. Instead of receiving a constructive response, I was met with a dismissive attitude that led to the decision to terminate my client relationship. This reaction feels both unprofessional and unjust, especially as it seems to stem solely from my inquiry about the charges.

do not use this corrupt company. the accounting for my divorce was horrific and corrupt, a complete nightmare! i have had to request my file and the manager is now refusing to send me my tax returns or file. she forced me with sc corrupt lawyers to pay 70,000 for this rico nightmare!i still do not have this mess resolved since 2011. do not trust cindy macauley!! i had to sue everyone and the nc execs ignored me, and the ceo. bad business!
