This company is wonderful! Stephen and Russell were professional and knowledgable. They do care! They completed a large job with ripping out our old duct work, replacing it, adding a dehumidifier, and replacing a new, 2nd hvac unit. They did what they said they would do and did it in a timely manner! Russell checked on us and the status of the work every day! Best home service experience I have ever had! I highly recommend them.
Highly recommend 5 Star. I was super impressed with Gary Boroff. He took time to explain how my system should work, the gauges he used to identify my cooling problems, and he was able to recommend short and long-term solutions. I also really appreciated Allison's communication with me. Excellent service and work.
Allison was very helpful when I scheduled my appointment and communicated all changes with me very well. Cullen was the service person who came to do the service and he was very helpful. He explained what was needed in simple terms and answered all my questions. He was early and was sweet to my kids and dog. I'll definitely contact 5 Star again when I need more service done.
