Pavan is magical!!!! She is so much more than a Reiki practitioner alone, her shamanistic tools and sound healing have helped me release so much pent up energy in my mind and body.She helped accelerate my physical and mental healing faster than ANYTHING I have tried over the years. She provided me so many tools to process feelings and stay in a calm and happy place for the long term. During my meditations with her I have gone to a whole new level. She is kind and encouraging and just a beautiful person. Pavan has over fifteen years of experience working one-on-one with wonderful individuals. In sessions she offers Reiki as well as other Energy Work Modalities, Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy. She also teaches live and virtual classes, retreats and workshops. She is certified in various Energy Work modalities including Reiki and Core Shamanism and is a Certified Health Coach as well. Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy have been incorporated into her sessions for many years. Pavan is trained in Kundalini, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and holds an RYT and IKYTA designation as a teacher. She has apprenticed with several brilliant mentors.
