100 % recommend Customer's Preference. This is what I posted on Google reviews: The owner, Mr. Epinger, exceeded all expectations for the work performed. He set an appointment promptly, provided a detailed proposal and scheduled the work after confirming the new units were available. He offered and installed a temporary outside unit to be sure my home was comfortable in case of any delays. He and his great crew arrived promptly as scheduled and were meticulous in everything they did. The work was to replace a failing HVAC in a condominium on the 3rd floor with an outside unit at ground level. They carefully created a larger opening to accommodate the new air handler, replaced the thermostat and ensured that a very minimum of painting was needed. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and Mr. Epinger kept me informed from the day of the first appointment until the work was completed. It has been many years since I experienced such a high level of customer service for a home repair and the price was very reasonable.
It was wonderful working with Kenneth at Customer’s Preference for installation of my new heat pump. He was honest, hardworking and polite (and cost effective!). I highly recommend them for your heating and A/C needs.
