Really outstanding experience. I Worked with Hayes and his associates. They were attentive, took the time to explain the therapies along with demonstrating proper techniques. The individual therapy sessions were challenging and progressive. Hayes made sure the therapy did Norma increase the pain or aggravate the injuryI would definitely recommend
This was my first experience with PT. I always kind of thought PT was voodoo medicine, so I had my doubts. Steve absolutely took the pain and chucked it out the window. He is very hands on and I liked that! I had bad upper back and shoulder pain and the exercises he gave me targeted the problem. He also spent a lot of time manually working on the spot (like a deep tissue massage kind of thing). I am now pain free after about 4 weeks. And I have the skills now so I can keep myself out of the "pain ditch" in the future. Very, very good experience!!
I've had my fair share of physical therapy over the years. Primarily knees and feet due to running. This time around I injured a shoulder and, being new to the area, I was leary about going to a new PT. The crew over at CORA put those worries to rest. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. If Steve gives you the chance to try dry needling don't pass up the opportunity...game changer. Highly recommend.
