Best Pilates instructor around! I’ve trained under Lindsay for the past 6-7 years and her knowledgeable skills, attention to detail, patience, and bedside (tableside) manner has changed my life for the better! I’d go nowhere else!!
What a hidden gem. I went to probably a dozen pilates studios in Charleston before finally finding this one. Bright, peaceful space; challenging classes; highly trained and knowledgeable instructors. The BEST!!!!
