What a positive experience! We told Ian our needs for new computer systems, three, he has met our needs far and above our expectations. It was a very smooth transition from our old systems to our new faster and more efficient systems. Charleston Technology Group has been our IT lifeline for several years now. Before working with them, we had a fair share of IT and internet connectivity issues that left our company (and several others) without service. Their team came in, got us organized, and set us up with the proper equipment. Since then we have had fewer issues and when issues have come up, they are extremely responsive and have had the issue resolved before it became a major inconvenience.Would highly recommend trusting them to be your IT partner!!
