Charleston Prestige Cleaners accommodated a last minute steam in 2 days. They're also very communicative and let me know by text when my dress was ready! Highly recommend for a quick turnaround / fast service and great communication!

I highly recommend Prestige Cleaners! Our son was married this summer and I needed to have my rehearsal dinner and wedding dresses cleaned. They needed expert care because both had crystals on them. I had heard about the great job Prestige Cleaners does and decided that I would take both gowns there. Even though I’m not from Charleston I’m so glad I made that decision! The communication from the owner was outstanding. I knew exactly what the cost would be in advance and she also explained the cleaning process and how the crystals would be protected. I was very impressed with several aspects of the service I received from Prestige Cleaners. First, the quality of the laundry service itself was impecable, even though for me that was not the most important issue. Second, the personnel was very helpful, polite and friendly. This was also nice. But the most important aspect of the great service was that they went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer, even opening their facility up when already closed, so I could get my clothes back before an early trip out of town. Thank you for this!
