Incredible all around experience with amazing service and accessibility to any and all things someone might need to get the help they need! Dr. Barnes and his staff were extremely open and communicative about the help I needed and I could feel improvements immediately after my first visit. Could not speak more highly and will continue to happily return and make the most of the great care and treatment that is offered!
Dr. Barnes is incredible! I came in with the worst sciatic pain due to being in my third trimester. I was in so much pain and could barely walk until I came here. Within the first 2 weeks I felt so much better and now feel completely normal! I love coming here and sitting in the massage chair and getting adjusted. Dr. Barnes and his apprentice are so nice, professional, and make you feel very welcomed. Plus there’s 2 dogs upfront that are the cutest! :)
Dr. Barnes and his apprentice are very accommodating and professional and are very understanding of your pain and circumstances. I was nervous about coming in because I have been dismissed many times by medical professionals and just given a bottle of muscle relaxers and sent on my way but they took me seriously and fixed the issue at hand. I was feeling about 100% better after only a few visits! I highly recommend them for anyone unsure of which chiropractor to choose in the Charleston area. Plus they have 2 golden retrievers on site ready to greet their patients!
