One hears of “above and beyond” but I actually got to experience it firsthand! Brian, the salesman extraordinaire, did not have every product I wished for on a Saturday afternoon. I told him I just would go with out because I was going out of town so he brought it to my home on a Sunday afternoon. How does one express proper koodos for such an amazing commitment to service?? 6 out of 5 stars

I love this store for the team who work in it. So kind and knowledgeable. When I visited it there was Brian, Michaela and Blake. I got a chance to chat with all of them and I felt like they were my friends trying to help me elevate my skincare routine. And I got an awesome discount and gift! I will be back.

The best customer service experience ever! Chelsea and Brian were absolutely fantastic, they really know their stuff and helped me and my friends find everything we needed. Cracking jokes & setting us up with all our make-up / skincare needs - we left laughing and feeling beautiful!
