I have suffered with lumbar disc disease for years. Before seeing Dr. Adams I was unable to stand for longer than 20 minutes without immense pain. This weekend I was able to be on my feet for 1.5 hours without ANY pain! HIGHLY recommend! And Darla is attentive and awesome as well. They’re the Dynamic Duo! Thank you Motion Dynamics!!“

In conjunction we started working on 30 plus years of intestinal issues. I have major relief after weekly appointments. Actually healing. I feel better today than I have in 20 years. It's a process and I'm so glad I tried it.“

149 E Bay St #100, Charleston“I’ve been managing injured knees for the past year and throwing everything at them including massage, physical therapy, cold therapy, heat therapy, chiropractic, myofascial work, etc. It felt like there was something that those things weren’t getting to and that acupuncture was the missing link. I’m so glad I visited Sarah for help in addressing my issues. After one visit I felt a substantial improvement and immediate relief. Her professional demeanor and welcoming vibes added to the experience and I look forward to including her into my circle of care. If you’re having pain that feels stuck, if you’re feeling slow to no flow, then go see Sarah! You’ll be very happy you did. Coming from a professional bodyworker who has received a lot of work from a lot of different professionals.“

720 Magnolia Rd Ste 12, Charleston“I heard about CWS and its offerings of massage therapy, skin treatments, and more thanks to a coworker to which she shared her positive experience with acupuncture from Sarah Dufresne. Initially I went in for a skin condition to which has proven difficult to treat by my dermatologist. I gladly went in with an open heart and open mind and was blown away by the effects of each session. I implemented the suggestions from Sarah and saw improvement in weeks time. It won't happen overnight but the gradual improvement I've seen speaks volumes. Scheduling an appointment is super easy with her website while viewing the available time slots. She can also work with your schedule if a time frame isn't available. The wellness studio itself is located within "The School House" to which provides classes, vendors, community yoga, venue space, and more. The waiting area itself feels like a spa with its calming music and babbling water fountain. The initial appointment consists of mostly discussing what issues are at hand and some time for acupuncture. Later sessions lead more time for the acupuncture treatment which kinda reminds me of a meditation moment. Sarah does an outstanding job listening, providing comforting words, and best of all allowed me to consider things I haven't thought of beyond the usual Western approach to medical maladies. If you're nervous about needles at most the sensation feels like a slight pinch. Highly recommend the Charleston Wellness Studios and Sarah for your healing needs.“

56 1/2 Queen St, Charleston“Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I decided to try a couples massage while visiting CHS for a week. We had Jessica and Grace. Both ladies were fantastic. Really helped with our trouble spots. Both were very knowledgable and gave ideas for healing. We loved our experience so much we decided to return before leaving the area. I did another massage and my husband tried reiki. Loved a whole health healing approach. Will definitely return.“

1 Unity Aly #100, Charleston“Khouri is easy to get too even though it is located in downtown Charleston. Street Parking was available, and the fact that it is offset from the hustle and bustle located down a cute alley makes the setting quiet and serene. The check in was easy, I was able to go on a Saturday afternoon, and the most affordable chiropractic visit I have had in Charleston. Intake was thorough and professional. I felt heard and respected. I am staying with Khouri and Stephen! Seriously THE BEST Chiropractic adjustments I have EVER experienced. I felt immediate relief from a challenging chronic issue in my neck and jaw, that acupressure, massage, yoga and other chiropractic adjustments have not been able to resolve. I am extremely grateful for Stephen, and his knowledge and ability to address the specific issues. I am returning for follow up care and maintenance.“
