My husband and I retired in 2020 and decided to move out of the Washington DC area after living there most of our lives. Charleston ranked as one of our top destinations. Initally, several real estate agents showed us properties, however, their efforts failed to produce a home we liked.During our search, I stumbled upon Thomas Davis' website, Abode. We were impressed with the property offerings and analysis of the Charleston area. Thomas was incredible. We were moving from Colorado with a newborn baby and had so many moving parts. We couldn't have done it without his expertise, thorough knowledge of the area/market, and willingness to do anything and everything necessary to make sure we found the right home for our family, at the right price. Highly recommend!
