Tory came out to do some maintenance on the ice maker and dishwasher that came with the house we recently bought. It was probably the first time since installation by the way the drain tubes looked in the icemaker and how poorly the dishes were cleaned. Tory was friendly and knowledgeable and after a new part for the dishwasher (a second visit was required) both appliances are working great. I appreciated the office’s follow up call as well. I will call them again should I need help and definitely recommend them.

911 Service technician Kanstantsin was a delight to have come into my home and service my refrigerator /freezer. He is professional, kind, helpful, and pleasant to speak to. He performed the job with efficiency and knowledge and my refrigerator is running better than ever. I would recommend the service to anyone that I know that needs to have something repaired along the appliance line. In addition to everything else they were able to attend to my problem in a timely manner, and the parts came in in a very timely manner, and it was easy to set Appointments with them.
