Tony Timmerman helped us sell our house. We initially went with another realtor that was recommended by a friend. That was a horrible experience. We fired that realtor and went with Tony. It was a night and day experience when compared to the first realtor. What really made everything fantastic was that he listened to us. To be honest, there are times where I may not be the easiest person to negotiate with. Tony never passed judgement but he listened and did what we asked. The service he provided was top notch. Here is something that no other realtor that I know will do: before we signed a contract to conduct business with Tony, he made sure we knew that if at any time we weren’t happy with his service, he would let us out of the contract without penalty. Normally, if you fire a realtor, you will have to buy your way out of the contract. That’s what we had to do with our first realtor. I highly recommend using Tony Timmerman from Home Advantage Realty. He definitely has your best interest in the fore front of his mind.
