Todd was instrumental in closing this deal long distance for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile not only in recommending inspectors etc, but in showing up for inspections, taking pictures, making suggestions. It's a pleasure working with Todd. You will not be disappointed.
Todd was an excellent resource and helped ensure the house purchase went smoothly. Todd was very knowledgeable and it certainly helped that he is a trainer and has helped write many of the contracts the industry uses. He also meets with lawmakers to ensure the needs of the industry and his customers are protected. His staff was also very eager to help.
