Thank you Richardson's and Johnny! Diagnosed my problem in the middle of August! The house was so hot! Johnny went straight to the problem and had me up and running in no time. Office staff is also truly fantastic. Kept me posted, and worked with billing. Plus, the work was expensive; but much more reasonable then I was expecting!
I’ve been using Richardson’s for years. I always get a friendly greeting from Susan when Ive had to call in service requests and my unit has always been repaired promptly and for a reasonable price. Johnny Z is very professional, knowledgeable & more than willing to provide insight on how I can run my unit more efficiently and save $ during the extreme climates. I highly recommend this team!
John our technician arrived at our home and was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed our system problem and tested the part prior to install.
