“Jeff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me and my family! We were traveling from Texas heading to Florida and needed boarding last minute. He didn’t just say no and turn us away even though he didn’t have a room, he said I’m going to make room! Cliché, I know but it truly wasn’t this time! Jeff made room for us & we are truly thankful for that! He even sang with my daughter when she heard one of her favorite songs playing on the radio! Jeff was very patient with us registering Bentley, getting shot records from Texas and everything! 4 days later we are picking up our little boy happy and ready to go & Chapin Pet Lodge you all have earned customers for life!!
