I had my wedding gown cleaned and preserved with them. The teenager at front desk upon dropping off my gown was very unprofessional and didn't know pricing. I had to pay for the service upfront and was given a time frame of 4-6 weeks. 7 weeks go by and I had to reach out to the business, they did not reach out to me the paying customer..and she had so many excuses as to why it was not done and said the following week it would be. Whatever you do, stay away from this place! I took in laundry for fluff and fold service (We have just recently had twins and I thought I would try to be helpful and take a major chore off of our plate). What a mistake! EVERYTHING came back horribly wrinkled and unwearable! I had to re-wash, dry, and fold everything! Thanks for stealing my money. I know better now.

Horrible . My shirts are pressed terrible. My collars and cuffs have the corners pressed where they are folded over. No attention to detail at all. I tell them to starch my dress shirts but not my others and they don't listen. What MORON starches Hawaiian shirts to the point they are not wearable.
Small correction: previously claimed that clothes were lost, that may have been a mistake. So I rescinded.
