We picked out one we loved from the samples he brought. Ten days later, the carpet arrived and was installed. We were very pleased with the customer service, carpeting and the installation. “I had Redd do a complete floor replacement from laminate to oak. The laminate was glued down and they had to scrape up nearly 2500 sqft which was a totally miserable job. They worked hard and got it all done within the estimated time. New floor is beautiful and was worth the effort and $$. Excellent communication and follow through.
