Came right out and diagnosed my unit. Turns out it was froze up and needed to thaw out. Sent 2 technicians to fix it. Probably only 1-2 hour wait. Technicians were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Called in the morning and spoke with dispatch to schedule a service call. Michael called with an ETA and showed up promptly. He went over the system checking values and operation of the unit. He had me present while everything was checked and very professional. I appreciate all that was done to make sure our unit was in proper operation. Thank you, Airtek & Michael!

Airtek to the rescue!!! The customer service that Mr. Luther provided was excellent. It was his customer service skills, attention to details, and he not only listened to my concerns but cared enough to get my home cooled down from 95 degrees. This is why when it came time to replace my HVAC system, Airtek is who I chose. The technicians were friendly, thorough, and explained in inner and outer workings of my new system.
