Most of the house we love, a few things not so much. Seam in the bar (the bar is 10’3”) which is small enough to use a solid piece. The stains on the carpet on the stairs are permanent. Some rough material and work on the deck A short in the garage door opener. As the country song goes, “A little less talk and a lot more action. “I will end up taking care of the problems myself. Paid $1000 extra for trees that are dying, even though I water them every day I was told if there is a little bit of green they are not dead and also landscaping is not under warranty

Purchased my first ever home and decided to go with Enchanted due to the quality and personal touches on the home. It was exactly what we are looking for and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and they were efficient in building our home. Would absolutely look to purchase from Enchanted again in the future.
