This company took soccer photos for my son's high school soccer team. I unfortunately, put down the wrong jersey number!! I emailed them immediately, but it being a Friday evening I knew it wouldn't be Monday until I heard back from them. To my relief, I received an email first thing Monday morning saying that they would resolve the issue. We received his soccer pictures earlier this week and they turned out just perfect. I could not be happier!! Thanks so much Carolina Sports Inc!!

Photographs are wonderful! Customer service is awful! Simply do not understand business.Have advocated on their behalf for years through various administrations and will no longer do so.

The photographers were professional and mannerly. There was one fellow that was more difficult to deal with, but we just got our pictures done and moved on. I felt that the checkin process was convoluded and that the ladies were a bit peckish, which I could have done without. I probably wouldnt personally use them to avoid feeling beneath someone that I'm actually paying. My advice would be to make sure all of your staff knows how to deal with the public if they are in positions dealing with the public. The customer, not your employees, is always right.
