Always so helpful and quick. The receptionist is the sweetest lady. This is a small locally owned business and they've helped me fix my air condition coil, plug up my new gas dryer, and helped me find why my air condition bill went up over $100 in one month. I wouldn't call anyone else, ever.

We had Butch Powell Heating and AC come out to our home to service the motor in our unit; at the recommendation of a family member, after dealing with another local company on and off for a year and it was a very positive experience. I could not sing better praises for this company! I came home from work to find my air had gone out and it got up to 80 degrees in my home. I called multiple companies and the earliest bay of them could come out was four days from then! My mother used Butch Powell and suggested them to me that same day. I called and they were here within two hours of my call! Just an hour after that, they had diagnosed and fixed the problem at a great cost!
