Beowulf Tech responded to the initial phone call with a very nice person, live, not a recording, who created my work order ticket. The technician came when they were scheduled and performed the work very quickly and reasonably. Iām highly impressed.
I am the Office Manager here at Tricap. Before Beowulf, we were using another IT Company and it was miserable!! Beowulf has made my job so much easier. If I have any issues with my Computer or even my printer they are always there to help. It has literally been a lifesaver at times.
