“In one word: Outstanding.<br>We hired Red Shirt Guy’s Roofing to replace a 21 year old, residential, roof in June 2024. They were one of three quotes we obtained and were price competitive. Communication (Kenny in sales, office staff & Roy the site manager) was excellent. Their attention to detail, property protection and cleanup were all top notch. Product and installation techniques were both excellent. In our case, the project was completed under the quoted price and they adjusted it without prompting.<br>Be forewarned, each roof project is unique and some minor issues will pop-up, but these folks are straightforward, informed us in a timely manner and resolved every concern in a professional and polite way.<br>HIGHEST ENDORSEMENT.<br><br>UPDATE: October 2024. After Hurricane Helene rolled thru we had a small amount of damage to a siding trim piece adjacent to a gable roof section. Called the RS Guy’s who responded quickly, fixed the issue, added additional nails to prevent any recurrence and charged me zero. They stand behind their work, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.“

“Update 8/9/2023: Luis and his staff replaced our entire roof during the selling process of our home back in May of 2023. It had to be replaced in order to sell. They got the job done in time before closing and as always, Luis and his staff are first class in quality and how they do business. See below. I said if I had to have my roof replaced I'd call them...and I did. You can't go wrong with LA Roofing!My past experience with roofing contractors has been awful. I mean terrible on all fronts. This company is A+. It was so refreshing to have someone answer the phone and actually show up when promised. I had previously called a very large roofing company two weeks earlier in Columbia and I had to chase them down to even have somebody come to my house. No response. So I searched again and found LA Roofing online. Luiz was on time to inspect my roof leak and spent time taking pictures of areas on my roof that needed attention. His crew was at my home two days later and replaced all the deteriorating roof jacks and also replaced shingles and sealed exposed nails. Looks great and also so far my roof isn’t leaking anymore. I did have one issue with a shingle and they came back out and fixed it. They even painted the white roof vent pipes black and I didn’t even ask them to do that. Looks nice. The office manager, Luiz, and the crew are very friendly and they can be trusted. If I’m still at this house and I need my roof replaced I’m calling these guys!“

It looks like it’s always been part of the house. They also replaced some windows and repaired some rot under the windows in the existing sunroom.
