I was referred to Lever Repairs by a family friend when our downstairs AC unit stopped working. The timeline they would be able to arrive was well commmuncated and on time! Our repairman was professional, explained the issue well, and repaired the issue right away! We were up and running in no time. It was so nice to have someone come and complete the repairs without trying to upsell a service agreement or suggest additional services. He was just there to complete the task and would have gladly shared information IF I inquired! We will defintely be usig them if needed in the future!

I needed a new do and a big refresh of color. I called, and Taylor was so helpful and made me an appointment with Sarah for the next day. I explained that I really needed color as well if at all possible. She said she would try to contact Sarah to find out if it was possible. If it was, she would call me back to confirm an earlier time. She called back, and SARAH said YES. The next day, Sarah helped me pick a color. Sarah got my color started. I told her what I had in mind for my new style. I pulled up a few pics on my phone, and she delivered! I love it. Thanks so much. I am looking forward to continuing service here. It has been since 2022 that I chose Dr. Bannenahally as our family dentist. My whole family has been seeing her. My husband does his routine cleaning and exams. My 16-year-old son also does his routine cleaning and exams with her. My 21-year-old daughter completed a treatment plan that consisted of about 12 visits this past year plus her routine cleaning and exams. I myself had a treatment plan of about three visits and my routine cleaning and exams. We moved from California, and it did take me about several months to choose a dentist that would feel comfortable for me and my family. Let me start with the dental receptionists, they are knowledgeable (which is important) friendly, professional and quick to find the right appointments, solutions, payments, and explanations of bills and procedures. Jessica has been our go to person even though we just met David too. We all have different dental hygienist, but Simone is mine and I love her attentiveness to her work, it is superb. Then you have the dental assistant, they have strong communication with you and are friendly and of course knowledgeable. Let's not forget funny (important when you are feeling anxious). My daughter and I usually get offered blankets if we are having a procedure done. That really helps us feel comfortable. Last, but not least is our dentist, she is warm and patient and always asks if we are doing okay with our procedures. I can say that she has the right experience for our needs. We have not encountered an issue with this office, excellent customer service from everyone there. I truly recommend Premier Dentistry of Blythewood to family or individuals who which to work on their smile. Thank you everyone for making our smiles brighter.
