“Linus deserves 5 stars! He responded very quickly, and after I showed him the issue in pictures over the phone, he arrived within 20-30 minutes and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He cleaned up after himself and was very nice!"
I had an outdoor shower drain in a concrete pad that was stuffed with 20 years of root growth. I tried everything to get it cleared and on his second attempt, Mr Williams got several feet of compacted root out of the drain. It saved me from having to tear up concrete and install a new drain.
Guy is a rock star! I will not hesitate to get this man on the phone if I have an issue. Excellent service, responsive, and down-to-earth. He also has the heart of a teacher who explained every step, and he educated me on things I didn't know.
