No over crowding or mass chaos due to unannounced attendees. You will be evaluated and placed in a group that is at your level of ability. Call now to reserve a spot in your customized group and get started on a progressive fitness program geared to your personal needs. Unfortunately, most of the trainer have left and gone to the new Pilates studio in Downtown Bluffton. Classes are longer offered.
