I was here the day the client who gave the bad review was here and what she is saying is False! I have been coming here for years and she take very well care of my hair and every other client who sees her. That day the client who gave the bad review came in with her hair tangled and it took 45min for Marina to get her hair untangled and I watched clients walk out due to this. Marina is a beautiful person and she is very professional.

I’ve been to this salon several times. I’ve always been pleased with my hair. This time there was a new shampoo lady. She looked like a kid but she was very rough on my hair pulling and tugging while combing. Then I went to a different lady for my blow out. It looked like she just bumped it with a flat iron. I literally could have done a better job. Also asked for my ends to be clipped and It looks like I had a haircut. I probably won’t go back again.

Excellent service, Marina was not in the salon at that time, but the staff who was there at that time provided me with excellent service, Friendly, very good customer service. Everyone was very professional.
I recommend it...
