“Last week, I went down to Hilton Head, SC to celebrate my much older sister’s 35th birthday. It was amazing. We don’t get time together, just the 2 of us, so it really was an extra amazing week. Leading up to the trip, she and I had talked about getting tattoos together and had even discussed what we wanted and the meanings behind them. They were going to be personal and we were excited to create that memory together.In true “me” fashion, we did next to no research until we arrived and found ourselves trying to decipher where to go. Well, 3rd time was a charm, y’all.I don’t ever post stuff like this. But I truly am so grateful and in love with this place and its people. It’s not easy finding a place to trust, so I’m glad I can share my findings.No need for more research. Do NOT go to the other top google search places. ?? This place is it. Clean, comfy, so relaxed yet completely professional. I came in with vague sketches and ideas and they gave me something better than I had imagined. They walked us through their process and were very customer-centered. I cannot recommend them enough and I will definitely be making an appointment with them the next time I’m in the area. “We had a great experience with Island Tattoo. Nadav is helpful, skilled, and friendly. There were 7 of us, he was patient, kind, and accommodating as only one of us is experienced with getting tattooed. He's light handed but these lines will definitely hold. The environment was stress free and we were the only customers in the shop. They played familiar music to help relax those who were nervous. 10/10 - come here for your tattoo in Hilton Head.
