Hi, my husband and I can't say enough good things about working with Laura Lyons Karrh at Stanley Martin in Oldfield. We have been working with her since July of this year and she is very responsive and informative. We are from out of state and she is more than willing to video the lots and homes for your review. We had an extremely positive experience with Laura Lyons Karrh, the lead realtor for Stanley Martin homes at Oldfield, as well as with her assisting realtor, Cindy Head, and Jim Bell, the superintendent. Laura is extremely responsive with great customer service. She and her team are extremely proactive and continue to be responsive to our inquiries.

Jim Bell is the construction manager and Laura Lyons Karrh is the Oldfield Stanley Martin sales manager. We committed to have a home built and the corporation changed the plan before construction started. A lot of builders will attempt to convert their customers to their preferred new design. We wanted the original and they acceded to our request without any complaint or threat of escalating the cost. Everything they said they would do with our home plan has proceeded on schedule as promised. They finance the construction, building what we want with only a modest down payment and we pay for the finished home after it has been built to our satisfaction.
