I called in on 2/21 to schedule an appointment, I was ecstatic to hear that she had something available the next day, I immediately said yes please schedule me. The entire staff there is absolutely amazing and friendly, they actually CARE!! Also, I have to say the environment is nice, clean, and quick. After looking and calling all over from ga to sc I was tired to no avail. I’m glad I found pearl vision
The office staff was super efficient, helpful and friendly. From the amazing woman who helped me with insurance at the desk, to the pre exam, to the extremely friendly eye doctor. Top tier service
The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in and out in no time. We will, however, be going somewhere else for our glasses. Your pricing is ridiculous on frames and don't offer any choices for the average person. Your stores obviously cater to the upper class.
