All dental services received at this location have been phenomenal. The 2hrs roundtrip drive is totally worth it, usually. Stars are reflective of recent incomplete visit. Unfortunately, my wait time today exceeded the amount of time I have spent in office for entire visits. In future I would recommend the following to office; inform patients of extreme delays either upon check-in or as soon as possible, watch the lobby/waiting area to take note of patients waiting for long periods and most importantly empathy takes little effort, but can make a huge difference. Alicia, Marci, Debbie , and Dr. Towns (I hope I spelt their names correctly) are always so great to visit! I always enjoy going to the dentist now because they make it such a friendly and welcoming experience! Y’all are awesome! Been going there for over 4 years and still a loyal customer!
