JP Contractors INC - Roofing of All Types

Whenever I call, JP answers. I am a property manager in the multi-family industry and all 19 of our roofs need a little TLC. His quotes are very detailed so you know what you are paying for, and he gets you on the schedule quickly. Prices are fair and I haven't had to have him come back for any completed work. I highly recommend.

Atlantic Spray Foam found leak damaged rotted plywood on our roof plate around a pipe jack location during our vented to unvented roof retro conversion. What I appreciated most about JP Jr's response, besides his ability to work the emergency repair into their crew schedule the very next morning -- was that he wanted to provide maximum value once they mobilized. He observed 3 other pipe jack locations on the house that also had the boots installed wrong.
