Certainly not what I expected. My vision is cloudy. I am having either cataracts issues, or my Fuch disease is progressing or my prescription is wrong. I waited several weeks for this eye appointment. The doctor’s assistant was upset when I could not pinpoint the issue. Two stars but in Bluffton, South America this might be the best of what is here. The wait is always 45-60 min. They stack’em and rack’em. I lost much of my eye sight during a simple procedure to correct eye scaring. It went bad. The people who make appts are racists. Again, I think they are the best in this third world med in South America.
Scheduled a check up in March in Savannah. The office staff would not take time to find my insurance, so I paid and got reimbursed by my carrier. Screw up 1. Dr confirmed I have cataracts and will need surgery. Wants to confirm with another dr who can't see me till June. Screw up 2. Week before, I get the message I need to reschedule. IN NOVEMBER. I call, explain I can't see and MUST see someone asap. Best I can get is October. No patient care here. Too big to even bother with patients who NEED HELP. I highly suggest you find another practitioner, one with staff and doctors who actually care about more than over booking then cancelling.
