One of the best experiences at a nail salon I’ve had. I walked in and they were able to fit me in quickly around their busy schedule. All of the staff knew the customers’ names and were extremely were friendly. It is always a good sign when a place has a lot of regulars, and they certainly did! They made sure to tell all of us whenever they were cutting something or double checked if something hurt. All of the employees went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed. Kevin, Lee and Joe all remembered my name the entire time I was there. This made the experience very individualized and special. I have been searching for a nail salon for almost two years since relocating here from Northern Virginia. I am so pleased with this salon!!! Kevin did a fabulous job and all of the staff are so pleasant and friendly - truly the customer service you should receive!!! I have found my "home" salon finally!!
I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this was truly the best nail salon. The staff was very friendly and attentive to their customers. Very satisfied with the service I received and the results of my nails. Will definitely make this salon my permanent salon.
