I am so grateful for the discovery of the new studio space at Buckwalter Parkway , Bluffton It has become my new happy place. The yoga classes are both relaxing and challenging. What I love most about taking classes is that the instructors care about their students and offer guidance and encouragement to do your personal best. I always leave the studio relaxed and stress free.
I have been enjoying DDY regularly since 4/17/2017! It has been a Life Changing Improvement for my elder body & stress level. I have lost weight & am much stronger & more flexible with better balance!! It is a wonderful work out that improves body mind & spirit. We have a wonderful group of friends at 9a classes! Libby, Terry, Margarita & all the instructors are Amazing! I highly Recommend you check it out!!!
I have loved getting back into yoga at Dancing Dogs, the classes are fun and energetic, i always leave feelings rejuvenated. The staff are so friendly and caring. Loving this community!
