My favorite gym I have ever belonged to! Cynergy is always clean and the staff make for a safe, supportive, inclusive and family-like environment. Jake, Lauren and his team always greet me when I come in, support me or spot me when I need it and help me feel encouraged to workout hard. I have accountability, friendship and support in this gym. For someone who used to hate gyms and toxic gym culture, this gym is night and day compared to other experiences I have had. If you are looking to start or continue your fitness journey in Bluffton, Cynergy is THE place to do it! Beyond grateful for this place!!!

I love this gym! So sad to see a bitter former member is spamming with all these fake, negative reviews. I was there the day he got his membership cancelled for disrespecting another member. Cynergy is a great gym, with an awesome staff.
