I usually do taxes through an online tax service. I will never do that again. Bob and his daughter Laura are amazing people. Bob took time to ask questions and answer all of mine and was able to get me more than I have gotten before. Bob is someone you feel you can trust to have your best interest at heart. I had my 5 year old with me, who was less than excited to come with me, until we pulled in. Laura took time to show my son the animals and even let him feel them! The whole experience was amazing.
