Disappointing Experience with Pricing changed!

the salon had a different name that the internet says but it was the place I booked . They said that “the previous owner didn’t change the name”. Ya right!

Upon calling to make an appointment, I was quoted a price of $120 for the color retouch, which seemed high However, upon receiving my bill, I was shocked to see that I was charged $180 instead. “I had to add color” she said This unexpected increase in price left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, especially since I was not informed of any additional charges beforehand.

I called up to inquire the cost of a haircut, blow dry shampoo, et cetera. I was told by a woman named Michelle that the blow dry alone was $55!!!!!! I didn't even ask the cost of a haircut or a shampoo as $55 for a blow dry is just unbelievable and astronomical... what kinds of people does she think live and work here in Bluffton? If they only want to cater to millionaires and billionaires they should just say so!PS All the great reviews are 1 to 5 years ago. I doubt any of those stylists are even there anymore!
