Thanks to Melany's professionalism, knowledgeable expertise and excellent customer service, my husband and my experience at the Bluffton SC America's Best Store was 5 STARS! Also, this store had the best selection (in our local area) of very attractive designer frames by Ray-Ban and Coach. Melany helped my husband and me pick out several beautiful, strong and sturdy frames by Coach & Ray-Ban that we just love!!! Thank you Melany for all your excellent help and courtesy! I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. This is a wonderful office in Bluffton, South Carolina, and Dr. Borrows Was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with her and she answered all my questions. Young lady Jessica at the front desk, took my information down, and was very helpful and very friendly. Samantha the op-tech was so kind and very patient with finding all the information that I needed to make the right decision on the type of glasses I wanted. The entire office at America’s best and Bluffton South Carolina was one of the best experiences that I’ve had since I’ve had to get my eyes examined and wear glasses.
