Fast, Effective and Efficient Service!!! If you are having A/C issue, be sure to call them first. I noticed my air conditioner was not working properly. When I called, they asked me all the pertinent question to do a preliminary diagnosis. Additionally, provided me with guidance to prevent any additional system damage (saved me a ton of $$$). Upon arrival, the team went right to work, diagnosed the exact problem, replaced the damaged part, and checked for any additional damage. Before I knew it, everything was working perfectly. I was able to settle the bill with my credit card and it was quite reasonable. Prior to leaving, they gave me information which helped shape my expectations for how long it would take for my home to return to it's normal temperature. Should I have any other issue, you can bet that they will be the only company I will call. Thanks for your service!!!

Called Monday night to say one unit was not working not an emergency as unit for bedrooms was working… the call was answered promptly Shane said they would call in morning to say when they would be by.. they were at the home by 10 am… diagnosed the problem we were back up working by early afternoon…. Called Matt on short notice. He showed up almost immediately because he'd been working close by. Located the problem, fixed it and was very reasonsbly priced. I highly recommend A-1!!
