I've rarely seen customer service this good. We installed a 2-foot baseboard that failed after a year or so -- it happens. They replace it quickly and without question. When the second one failed (I understand there was a design problem that has since been fixed), they once again replaced it quickly. The people I talked to were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

After a few years one of the many heaters i own one started acting up, called Markey Engineered Products, with their problem diagnosed in 5 min. Parts arrived in 3 days under warranty. Great customer service, and while repairing unit i was again reminded how well these units are built.Thank you!!!
