Ben and his assistant were very professional and efficient. Showed up on time to assess the problem. Showed up on time a few days later to install new water heater. Did a good job. Even came back in a few days at our request to increase the water pressure which was set too low.Service: Water heater installation

They are professional and efficent with a lot of experience I was informed step by step of what was being done and was very impressed with the knowledge. of technician that did my repairs.i will always request to come repair any of my plumbing in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Plum craft came through my home warranty because of hot water problems. They co tacked me one day after I filed the work order with the warranty company and set up appointment for the next day. At 8:30 am I received a text that they would be here by 9:40. Ben showed up, diagnosed the problem and the part needed is ordered. Great service very happy???
