“I love the eye clinic they are always nice and if they’re not it’s because you’re rude and pain should not cause you to step out of place. A little understanding goes a long way. Dr. Estes is so amazing and I’m sure if it wasn’t for her I would’ve been completely blind in my right eye she has been my savior through my entire traumatizing situation she is understanding in every way and doesn’t beat around the bush. I love that they just tell it like it is.“

I've not experienced this kind of detail anywhere else in Augusta. 2. Monica was so sweet, kind, caring, and KNOWLEDGABLE when it came time to order my glasses and with helping me with my contact(s) order!!! Lovely to speak with as well. 3. My glasses were ready within a week- sometimes unheard of, but came even before my contact order was delivered in the mail! 4. Front desk, and all other workers I had personal contact with were nice and helpful as well. Especially when it came time to practice putting in my contacts. Everyone was very professional. I have had two great experiences here now, two years in a row. I highly recommend Dr. Tippet and his office/staff.“
